In Changed, there are five possible endings, though only the 'true' ending can actually be considered happy. Almost all of the bad endings can be obtained by not caring about Puro enough. In the Special Edition, there are some endings that vary on how much love you give Puro and will come to the closing room .
Changed Standard Edition Endings
Ending 1: "Betrayed Ending"(止步于此)
Method: Play on Easy Mode or don't show any (or enough) love and care to Puro before the end of the Aquatic Area.
- Puro will walk in and tell Colin that he needs a host to survive, and he will end up assimilating the latter as his new "host" once Colin has finally exited the Aquatic Area. If he receives enough love on Easy Mode, he will transfur Colin as another part of himself to keep him company. If he receives enough love on Normal Mode, he will instead tell him that he wants to accompany Colin to the outside of the tower so that the two of them can be free.
Ending 2: "Experiment Ending"(姗姗来迟)
Method: Don't show enough love and care to Puro before being kidnapped by Dr. K.
- Can more easily be obtained by not waiting for Puro after clearing the first White Latex Forest.
- When Colin escapes from K's lab, he'll find Puro in a puddle with his mask cracked, and K will be waiting for him. Colin will fight to avenge Puro, but he will be knocked out and experimented on by the scientist.
- If Puro is shown enough love, both he and K will be found knocked out (though Colin will initially believe they're both dead), though Puro soon wakes up and tells him that he's on his tail. He'll say that the doctor hit his head on a locker and that he (Puro) passed out after a brief struggle.
Ending 3: "Leave"(落幕之狼)
Method: Successfully reach the end and decide to leave.
- Despite Dr. K's protests, Colin and Puro will leave the lab. Puro will announce success after leaving, but the human will not respond—either because of unconsciousness or death. The player will also receive an achievement with the sun, a lump, and a large cross as its icon (confirming that Colin has indeed succumbed to the virus.)
Ending 4: "Stay"(牺牲自我)
Method: Successfully reach the end and decide to stay.
- Puro will leave the tower without Colin, clearly heartbroken, but he promises to keep in touch with him. However, without a host, he will most likely die before Colin has a chance to leave the lab. Colin appears to lose contact with him.
Ending 5: "Can't Decide"(化身为狼)
Method: Successfully reach the exit and press ESC or X when prompted to stay or leave.
Colin, after waking up from being transfurred
- Dr. K will comment on Colin's inability to make a decision and propose an alternative solution. He'll give Colin the same substance he used on himself. Colin accepts the offer, despite Puro's protests. The procedure takes several days to complete. During Colin's unconsciousness, he has a nightmare about a skull-faced death chasing him, and upon awakening, he believes it has followed him to the real world. It is quickly revealed to be just Puro. The changes to Colin's body will be shown to the player, indicating that the procedure was successful. K informs Colin that Puro is now in control of a bio-bot, which means he no longer requires a new host and that his life expectancy has increased. Puro announces success after exiting the lab, similar to the 'Leave' ending, but this time the human responds, making this ending far more optimistic.

Like the first Betrayed Ending, Puro transfurs Colin, combining their bodies. Instead of Puro having complete control over the two, both Colin and Puro's minds shift together, causing them both to speak to each other through the same body. When Purlin (Colin and Puro fused) begins walking away from Puro's hideout, they both comment on something that happened there previously.

Puro decides to transfur Colin while allowing him to live in a separate body in this version of the newer Betrayed Ending.
No Trust
Dr. K lures the Human into a seperate room with a gigantic White Latex beast, in which more white latex beasts would emerge and transfur the Human into one of them. Puro decides to return to the wolf pack and try to make the latex wolves like him again until he comes across a few white latex beasts stealing oranges, and notices one of them is incredibly familiar. He tries to speak to it, and after awhile it listens, and he decides to hug it. Slowly, it opens its eyes to reveal it's the Human, reawakening fragments of his memories in the process.( Called the “刀子结局" by Chinese players)
